YOUR SACRED FOURTH TRIMESTER

Postpartum is a wild, messy, beautiful and sometimes harsh transition. This is one of my favorite times to support families when they are navigating so much. Years ago, we used to provide just 6 weeks of postpartum care and often found at the last visit that closure felt premature. So we expanded postpartum care to 12 weeks and sometimes even further if someone is needing some additional support. I love that following a birth we get to continue on in care together for several months. It is an honor and joy to support the many changes, the recovery and the ups and downs that occur during this season.
